During the initial consultation, we will provide an estimated cost of design services based on square footage, timeline, budget, management of sub-contractors, etc..
The terms of our fees are always explained, transparent, and agreed upon before any work will proceed.

The Complete Design Process
Phase 1: Consult and Preliminary Design
CK Interiors will conduct a pictorial inventory of existing furnishings, artwork, etc. to assist in establishing what will be used and what new items may be added. Per Client’s request, existing furnishings will be taken into consideration in the overall design scheme.
Phase 2: Design & Budget Proposal
CK Interiors will develop schematics, contract documents, and room specific proposals, while recommending interior finishes (i.e. floors, walls, ceilings, columns, beams, etc.) furniture, lighting fixtures, window treatments, etc..
We will recommend contractors as well as outside consultants that may be required including architects, lighting designers, and structural, acoustical, or mechanical engineers, etc. All contractors and/or consultants will contract directly with client.
We will cooperate fully with contractors and consultants to facilitate the project, maintaining periodic site inspections to monitor progress.
Phase 3: Purchasing
Upon Client’s approval and receipt of deposit, CK Interiors will proceed with purchasing the proposed furnishings and fixtures.
All merchandise not delivered directly to Client will be received and maintained in the care and custody of CK Interiors until installation.
Phase 4: Installation
CK Interiors will deliver and install all purchased furnishings and lighting fixtures on the date(s) approved by Client.
